Mourvedre

Australian Mourvedre, or Mataro or Monastrell or Torrentes… yes, it is known by all three, produce rich tannic wines. Definitely full-bodied! Sweet warm notes on the palate, exude aromas of blackberry, plum with a hint of violet. A great accompaniment to roasted pork, short ribs, and red meats.
