Do I add water to my kit?
All of our Blended Grape Must products contain Fresh Grape Must to varying degrees. The Fresh Must is blended with our high-quality grape juice in the right ratios in order to create perfectly balanced vinification products. WATER WILL NEED TO BE ADDED to our Blended Grape Must products to provide the winemaker with an approximate 23 L of wine.
Can I age my Vinifera Allgrape wine?
Absolutely. Together, these two products yield a uniquely noble wine that can be consumed young if you enjoy a fruit forward wine or left to age for a minimum of 9 months in the bottle to gain incredible complexity.
Are there sulfites?
Minimal sulfites are added to prevent oxidation and it is flash pasteurized to ensure shelf stability.
