Chenin Blanc
Cultivated in the cooler regions of South America, Australia, New Zealand and to a lesser extent in California. It has pleasant aromas of flowers, lemon and even melon. Chenin blanc is sometimes blended with other wines that have less of an organoleptic profile and that benefit from its high acidity, which make it a fresh, crisp wine. A good wine to cellar.
